| QPR Fantasy Football 00:04 - Jan 9 with 1449 views | Monkey_Roots | Congratulations… The board have decided that YOU should be the next DoF. They say F everything else, our players need a sort out. Who do you keep, who goes, and for how much? Put together a realistic list of replacements, with rough costs, and probability of signing. FFP limitations still apply in this fantasy - it’s still QPR - and we keep NC - we like his sandwiches. | | | | |

Then go to my recruitment team pass on the information and discuss potential options. have a look in the academy and see if anyone fits the bill and if not look to sign players required within the budget. Basically use the structure in place and trust the people you have brought in to get it right. Pretty much what I imagine/hope Ferdinand did a month ago.

I know playing Shodipo and Nico have been unpopular, but would it have been right and proper for him to make decisions based off of other people’s perceptions? I think, or hope, that NC takes the view that now he’s here everyone has the chance to show him what they can do - a fair shake of the stick if you like, before he makes decisions that affect the livelihoods of these players. Sucks for us, because we’ve seen it happen every time a new manager comes in - so, lot’s recently :), but I think it’s a pretty standard way of conducting yourself as a new manager coming in, I don’t judge him too harshly for that. The long contracts given out to Nico and Shodipo before now are a bit concerning - under who’s stewardship we’re they given, MW?
