From that rough outline, seems reasonable.

Means Charity Park Rangers will be getting a nice extra handout from the Premier and a nice extra handout from Sky TV.

Of course we can’t expect anyone outside the club to gift us a new stadium so that part of the jigsaw remains with the owners. And post Gregory, that’s the worrying bit.
