This bloke is a really top top coach in terms of improving players. It's becoming pretty clear why he did so well at Reims with the glut of youngsters he had then.

The team, and individual players, are improving every week. Most impressive has been Kone, his whole around game is miles better than when he joined.

He's done well. He's got the players playing to his tune and buying into his philosophy of fluid attacking football. Still needs to find a way to get results away from home but he's got us taking control at home so hopefully he can find a way away from home soon.
