It seems to be a very joined up strategy. The success of it, we probably won't be able to truly judge for about a decade after Jon's appointment.
In the meantime, we have to mainly concentrate on improving the older age groups by acquiring new lads like the three that have just signed and hope that some of them can become first team regulars before too long.
If Julien moves on in the future, any new head coach appointment will have to sign up to the game model.
The potential flaw in the strategy, is that the game changes so much that this model is no longer effective.
