I came across this podcast on Spotify today and listened to the first episode. Whereas some of the factual content was correct, it made the ridiculous claim that QPR was formed from the merger of 12 clubs. It wasn't, of course. It was from the merger of Christchurch Rangers and St Jude's Institute.
The podcast has obviously been created by AI and you can tell the voice isn't a real person. This shows one of the problems with AI content. It makes absolutely stupid mistakes I suspect it got the 12 clubs error from the 12 members who founded the Football League.
I won't be listening to any more episodes.

If you did listen again, these dumb bum algorithms will start to think you like it and its AI counterparts and flood you with similarly created alternative AI rubbish.
Made the mistake of watching a couple of then and now pictures of couple old school comedies. They seriously make mistakes.
I think its possible to remove the future bias, but just as easy is to stop clicking on similar content.
It can be irritating though - do agree !!!

This is a real problem in the podcast sector. There are companies like Inception Point AI who can produce a podcast for under a dollar in less than an hour. With dynamic advertising, all they need is a couple of dozen of listens, and they get enough revenue to break even.
They're producing thousands of episodes of AI slop that is watering down the quality, reputation, and standards of podcasts globally. |  |
