Should be slightly warm, definitely. And the glass should be bone dry prior to pouring.
Too cold and the head/rings won't stick to the glass, and - y'know - it will all taste like muck. |

Burn him!
The head tastes terrible, the black tastes lovely. If it's poured too quickly the head won't form properly and before long it's mixed up with the lovely black stuff and yer pint tastes like muck.
Same with Murphy's. Same with Beamish (though Beamish tastes terrible no matter how you pour it!). |

In the end if it doesn't glorify the IRA, it comes very, very close I'm afraid. It's very well made, but uncomfortable viewing, for that reason as well as for the violence. |
