We have a rescue terrier shiba inu mix who was abused but has totally changed the house for 11 years and counting.Never a finer dog has walked this earth and we have decided as a family to all go together to the vet when the time comes to send on her way to doggy heaven .
She is known at the vets office as a prima madonna right now because she yelps so loud on regular injections she upsets all the other dogs but a few minutes later she is fine.
12 years old now with a life span of 15 max and back hips going but she still runs like the wind and never fails to be scratching the door when I step into the room beside the garage in the evening.
We are all going to lay our hands on her while the first injection is given so she knows tenderness and its our time to repay the affection and love she has given us .
Sorry for your loss BlackCrowe and Ted ,like a woman who rescues abused dogs told me a few weeks back a dog has no hate in their hearts only love |

Shocking shooting really plus very bad decision making Paddyhoops but they never threw in the towel and are worthy Champions .
They are old now and at least 5 stalwarts will hang it up so look for Cork to dominate for the next few years |

When the chips were down and injuries and fatique were taking their toll TK stood up scoring not only the goal and that point MrSheen but a stunning point late on to basically seal the game. He also set up a certain clinching goal in extra time that was blocked spectacularly by a Cork defender
Shame there was a loser really and I am not in love with extra time because too many players were dead on their feet and injuiries were always on the cards.
Clare won the All Ireland despite shocking ,careless shooting at times but found a way to hold on and are worthy champions .
Cork are very young (except Horgan so they will be back strong )
What a game from amateur athlethes just beautiful to see

Wow that is some news if accurate rbee it sets Sinclair up nicely for the next stage of his career .
If he was just looking for security and money then it looks like he has found it .
Will their manager be able to find the magic potion that clicks and turn him into a goal scoring machine .
On a slight tangent the ROI team he was called to once have appointed a new Manager finally and he will be looking for talent to back up Brighton's young Striker Ferguson so maybe SA can catch his eye . |

High school Boston thank you for asking .You would have been able to watch her on ESPN + soccer coverage with all the Division 1 offers she was attracting.
However she tore the ACL twice times in 3 years so its Community College this fall sadly. |

Going off that highlight package he was excellent while in the firing line with pretty constant pressure .
They got around him for both goals so maybe he went to ground too early but I know very little about his agility or ability to get back up for rebounds etc.
Very exciting to see a fresh young face between the sticks this summer is already miles ahead of 12 months ago |

Nobody is worried here of course its not like Oxford lasy summer when the whipping we got continued most of the first part of the season.

Sorry I did not mean to get you flagged for surveillance  but thanks for the info its very interesting.
Most people remember JFK getting killed and Ronald Reagan getting shot but its been a long time since a shooter had an American President/ past President in his scope sight .
The amount of long range guns with automatic fire capabilities available (for hunting FFS) in the US is staggering and most young shooters simply take the ones available in their own house.There lies the biggest problem and luckily most of the the European countries have avaided that issue. |

Serious question here and living abroad have no idea about gun laws or gun ownership in England but has anybody ever taken a shot at a member of the Royal family.
Has there been credible threats that have been crushed out before anything developed.

I think he can develop into an excellent player myself being born with pace and power just so raw and reckless right now.
Can anybody explain what Bristol City saw in him that Marti and his coaches did not because I would like to know.I felt he would thrive under Marti but he must have been unable to get the system or way of playing or just wanted out which is a real pity IMO.
Still good luck to him I am sure our boys will enjoy getting under his skin when we meet BC |

Did anybody read down further in the article it said Armstrong has some PL interest and we could be forced to sell him.
Who is scouting him for the PL and why would they buy him are we all missing something he is barely Championship lever right now.Maybe a long term project ?
As for Dykes he could be a different player under Marti but if we need cash then so be it let him off |

Very thoughtful and educated post here IMO its all the media in the US going against Trump and supporting Biden since back in his basement in 2020.
Trump is loud and obnixous but he is an outsider and cannot be controlled so that makes him dangerous to the left and they never miss the chance to cut him down.
Putin actually fears Trump I suspect because he is so unpredictable and remember Rocket man in Korea he was so confused by Trump he actually had a sit down meeting .
No point in going over the stupid laptop ,it was all true and 51 or 52 FBI agents signed off saying it was Russian disinformation so why are they not fired or interviewed .
Did anybody see the video of the shooter crawling up along the roof pushing his rifle ahead of him with people shouting at police he was armed .They knew he was there and looks like they let him take the kill shot what a complete cluster fcuk.If Biden was speaking the whole area would have blanketed with Secret Service he would have not even got within 5 miles of the stage
I hope Trump rises above the bitterness this week its time to bring it back to civil behaviour .Like I said yesterday vote them out in November not shoot him down |

Oh come on now rbee stop joking around you know its one of the top jobs in World football.
Look beyond that starting 11 players to the bench and squad plus the players he left at home and England have talent to dominated for the next decade and beyond .
Not to even mention the chance to win the WC in America /Canada/Mexico and forever be a legend in England its too good to pass up IMO.
Of course there is intense pressure from media and fans but dont be shocked if some big names line up if Southgate bails . |

You have been all over these threads and I can see your passion and love for England and Southgate daveB but that game should have been 3 or 4- 1 to Spain.
England have Pickford to thank for being in that game late on for those chances to mean anything because they got completly outplayed even with Rodri coming off at half time
Even under the bright lights of a final Southgate picked the wrong team again and should have pulled off Kane, Foden and maybe golden boy Bellingham at half time to get that win.
It was zero zero remember and Spain were very frustrated plus I thought they were gettable at the back with the hairy guy (completly overrated IMO yes he provided the cross )and no coverage once Rodri had to come off .
Spain went for it and got the rewards England played for penalties and thats down to Southgate .. |

They are calling it the Iwo Jima 1945 moment again this morning on tv. Trump did the right thing letting everybody know he was ok the tension and fear was high and he desfused it.A tip of the cap to the people attending no panic or stampeding just ducking until safe to move .
Love him (4 posters )or hate him (12 and counting ) there is no denying Trump has survived a horrible death live in color by a few mm and there is more questions than answere .
The shooter was under 400 yards away in plain sight ready to take the kill shot and was spotted and reported by eye witnesses yet he was able to unload 6 or 7 rounds striking bodies until he was killed by a head shot.
If he was in the Secret Service sights why was he allowed to open fire ?
A regular secure perimiter is always well outside the range even an experienced sniper /assasain could unload a lethal load and always the high ground is covered like a blanket with drones etc.
As I mentioned last night regardless if Trump or Biden tone down the agressive rethoric or not its the best outcome DT is alive and kicking today and not in a morgue .Nobody could predict exactly what would happen but it would be ugly.
Let the voters bring him down if they can not a speeding bullet |

At least 80 million people support Trump and if he got killed tonight there would be widespread voilence and maybe retaliation type shootings going forward.
The best think that happened to America tonight is the fact Donald Trump still lives and he can start to turn down the level of nasty political rethoric in the next few days/weeks ahead . |

Slightly disagree with that LazyFan he is playing the best of his career and not only in the Championship but for ROI in a couple of friendlies this year.
I wish QPR had him he would score more goals that our strikers combined with his speed and smarts .
Of course the PL defenders are a different proposition so he might not light it up but he will get goals for sure IMO |
