Haye vs Bellew
at 16:30 3 Mar 2017

Can't see a thread elsewhere on this.

I know that Haye has been acting an absolute bellend, but does anyone actually think that Bellew actually has a chance?

Can't see beyond Haye, probably in the first six rounds...

Doughty Back at Swindon on Season Long Loan...
at 10:45 5 Aug 2016

http://www.qpr.co.uk/news/article/2016-17/qpr-michael-doughty-swindon-town-loan-

The guy's now 24. Just release the poor sod and let him sign for them permanently like Max Ehmer did at Gillingham. if we're not going to play him this season, we're never going to play him.

this does also mean that we only have four central midfielders in Borysiuk, Cousins, Luongo and Henry - maybe some game time for Sandro after all :)

Hopefully it hasn't escaped your attention that Tiger Feet 6 is happening this weekend and we are walking 13.5 miles from Loftus Road to Upton Park.

from the message board, Myself, Metallica_Hoop, Finney and Brewers Hoop amongst others will be doing the walk, and Clive has threatened to turn up as well for the walk.

Even if it's only a fiver, all donations will be greatly received...

Shang Long to Saints... ...for £12m!
at 21:42 12 Aug 2014

Shane Long keeps up his attempt to play for every premiership club by moving to saints for £12m.

now i like Shane Long a lot... but £12m? that and £11m for McCormack and £14m for Borini, is it any wonder we're struggling to get a striker?

Player Departures
at 17:09 1 Jul 2014

From Offish:

QPR announce player departures and those in preliminary talks regarding possible new deals ...

QPR TRIO Aaron Hughes, Stephane Mbia and Andrew Johnson have been released following the expiration of their contracts.

Hughes joined the club on a short-term deal in January, making 11 appearances in the R's promotion-winning season.

Mbia, who spent last season on loan at Seville, has also departed. He made 32 appearances for the R’s.

Johnson departs following a two year stay in West London, during which time he made 13 starts and 11 substitute appearances, scoring two goals.

In addition, Luke Young (27 starts, 2 goals), Hogan Ephraim (76 starts, 41 substitute appearances, 8 goals), Angelo Balanta (10 starts, 19 substitute appearances, 3 goals) and Tom Hitchcock (1 substitute appearance, 1 goal) also depart having reached the end of their current agreements.

Benoit Assou-Ekotto, Ravel Morrison, Tom Carroll, Niko Kranjcar, Will Keane, Kevin Doyle and Modibo Maiga have all returned to their parent clubs following the conclusion of their loan spells in W12.

Everyone at Loftus Road would like to take this opportunity to thank all of these players for their contribution to the club, and to wish them well for the future.

Meanwhile, the club can confirm it is in preliminary discussions with Rob Green, Armand Traore, Alejandro Faurlin, Gary O’Neil and Bobby Zamora regarding their futures, although at this stage no deals have been finalised.

Jermaine Jenas is currently recovering from an ACL injury and will continue his rehabilitation at Harlington in the short-term.

QPR media guys throwing strop on The Twitter...
at 21:49 3 Jun 2014

Seems like they have tried and failed to secure the @QPR address, and instead of shrugging their shoulders and getting on with it, they've gone public in a thinly veiled attempt to shame/embarrass the owner

They've done so much so well recently, but this is fairly poor form...

Article on Will Keane in the Fail...
at 07:45 25 Apr 2014

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2612132/Ezequiel-Lavezzi-chase

apparently Will Keane is not shit, he's actually amazing and been recommended to Juve by Paul Pogba...

just thought i'd also highlight this reader comment at the bottom of the article:

"I hope United won't let Keane go. Why Cavani if a good promising youngster is available? It's time to give them chance."

Wonder if PSG will swap them for us until the end of the season...
