I could not begin to predict a line-up for this game. Never mind what the Spam throw out there. For example, would your risk Kolli with Rumarm out? I dont think I would.

Love a good discussion. Varane and Mads are the 1st names on JS is matchday line-up. But noted that Field has played more lately. For whatever reason he was pushed down the order but now is getting a better look. With Hayden and Morgan, plus a couple of Juniors I see no reason why it would not be prudent to take an offer for Varane with Morgan/Field/Hayden filling those shoes.

Sorry. Sinners was more of a Dusk till Dawn knock off.

Kolli rescues Rangers, but injuries mount – Report
at 22:28 5 Jan 2026

Happy.
- As pointed out, and evidenced in the reverse fixture, QPR were begging for 1-1, until Kolli stepped up. Yes I am rooting for him and as pointed out in his appearances at the end of last year, he puts in effort! He tracks and he works hard up front. In his 1st goal he was involved in the build up. He combined well with Kone and I think that bodes well for what may come later.

Regarding Varane: I would venture to say, his lack of forward play is as much coaching/instruction as anything. Forward (in this capacity) is to find GK or Madsen. I do think Field could well get more minutes in Varanes role.

Less comparison to Kone, earlier your 1st attacking sub would be Frey…

Agree with this opinion. I like that kolli is looking to shoot on sight. In contrast to a lot of our previous frontlines. Yes his touch can be heavy but same with Rumarm of Brum.

After the last 3 games happy with this outcome.. … when we arguable we’re supposed to have 6 points from Norwich and Portsmouth.

Echoes my thoughts. I think Rumarm and Kone should rotate, or Rumarm act as a RW. I can see Varane-Mads-Hayden as the Midfield. Poku and Kollli to get more time. I am a fan of Cook but he has a lost a step.

My impression is exemplified by his Post-match comments: The enthusiasm and satisfaction has to be invigorating. I was really impressed.

The other temperature guage, as many point out, is the sheer improvement in the players, from last year to this.

Great discussion. For me, Varane has shown enough to attract interest which in itself is peaks volumes. He basically is doing the job is 2. I agree with many here, Morgan deserves a look in Madsens role.

Considering THIS game had blinding saves (Hamer) that easily would have converted to a loss..And (in my view) having Hamer probably nails a win against Southampton.

We have opined exhaustively that our goalkeeping was fractured and Hamer nailed that point.

Thanks. That's my view. With the 3-4 'defensive' midfielders (Varane, Mads, Field, Hayden) it did look like he (Morgan) might see more time at RB.
