So from Tuesday approx quarter past ten to fcuk am I going to Derby Saturday.... to Thursday afternoon being told we got the tickets.... I was a not sure to be honest.... to Friday OK meet you bright and early in the morning.... why oh why do we do it !!! So result.... we seem to be dragged down to despair, to then go and win 3 on the trot.... like the perfect drive down the middle, and we've cracked, this, to shaking the next into the bushes....the QPR analogy 1-0 us... surely a time for a clean sheet and for either Dembele or Saito to get off the mark. You can add into that mix a management team with less than a years experience in the championship It is no coincidence that we are clamouring for the return of Chair, Fox, JCS and Colback, all experienced players in the Championship... Yes we are constrained with who we can bring in, but all these signings were not freebies.... we paid money for Celar, etc.... The only optimistic hope is, that they may come good, but that really is not good management.... The summer window looks like a huge gamble, if by Christmas we are mid table pushing on, then it is a gamble that paid off.... but honestly I will be amazed if it does |

Done my normal trick of not coming on here after a game where I end up totally p!ssed off and can't really contribute anything... unfortunately still totally p!ssed off. Can't believe what I'm reading here ..... are we actually criticising Marti?.... I questioned on another thread the veracity of our summer signings and was accused of wanting him sacked... so please no criticism of Marti. So obviously it is all down to the players... they picked themselves... they decided the system we should play.... and they decided who and when should come off or who stayed on. Before the game started was late getting into my seat... but was going to post that our team looks like Lilliput 11.... and thought we found out before that the Madsen/Andersen axis just doesn't work....we still persist Good 15 mins.... but once Hull found out that we don't like to tackle, and we don't cover our full backs.... we were fcuked..... then they discovered that we don't know how to defend a short corner.... and finally they discovered that we are not really very good.... The only consistent thing is with us.... another demoralising night at hq.... Still never mind we have an international break soon... the players can go into that comfortable in the fact that we might very well be in the bottom, they love a bottom 3 our lads... and we can work on things in training.... oh I don't know, what about trying to pass to each other, why not try and play a forward pass at least somewhere in the vincinty of a team mate... while Marti makes the sandwiches and the tea for the lads.... |

If it was nothing.... it was entertaining.... we started on fire and then yet again fell behind to a worldy.... lad here reckon that was the lads first ever goal.... typical Then we just fell to pieces, their short corners are killing us... and we looked like a team, which we are, low on confidence... and really not very good. Then the penalty... that was a mystery here in the ground, don't think anyone claimed for one.... and thought it was for pushing or holding, but reading here seems hand ball.....anyway good penalty.... So this must lift us.... you hope.... Thought Saito was our best player.... and we have to go for it from the start of the half....get a goal and equalise and this could be one of these nights |

Jesus welcome to the deserted House... it is empty here.... and I think tonight is going to be pretty flat See Paal is still in....this guy must be 2 inches shorter than the start of the season Well here we go... 1-1..... see you half time |

Where have I said sack him... if you're happy with the way we are playing fair enough, but the chances are you are in the minority If I had a real criticism of The regime, it would be was it wise to bring in so many players without English experience, let alone Championship experience I sincerely hope it is successful, I'm as fed us as the rest of us with this mad dash to failure we seem to have at this club. But how long is a "geling" in period last... 10, 20 25 games? Or when we go into the bottom 3 and are 4 points adrift ? We pulled the trigger on Ainsworth and Critchley pretty rapidly when things go sour, and I personally want Marti to succeed and be successful with us, though his longevity at clubs appears to prove otherwise As I said this is a sticky time for him. Win Tuesday and get a result on Saturday then things will calm down. Lose both and really see a melt down |

Not all over reaction, before the game started today on the thread I wondered is Eustace was a mistake on our part letting him go. Now whether he wanted the managers job full time with us is debatable.... but I think for the championship he certainly as more experience, and seems to understand what is needed more than perhaps Marti does now. There is no mistaking the fact that if things don't improve, and 1 win in 7 games, playing turgid football to boot, is not going to endear him to the powers to be or the fans This is a sticky time for Marti |

I know the old adage is never look at the table until 10 games.... but this not a great start. We are all saying that the new signings need time to adjust... but can we honestly say that except for 45 mins at Luton, we have played well? We just don't seem to have any tempo, any forward inclination. There is definitely spirit... but we can't keep coming back into games.. like we have Have we made a mistake with who we brought in? Was it a mistake to bring in so many that don't have championship experience. Today we have to wipe off ... with winning, but we never looked like making a fist of holding out for 45 mins... We move on to Mid week... but this as got to get better |

We will see... the 2 players you mentioned were not his players.... It is not easy to play with 10, but we have made an absolute horses A@se of it.....again That is down to the manager...either setting the team up or not getting what is called for out of the players. |

That's it for me... Fcuk sake Rooney managed to steer his team for nearly sn hour and we never got a sniff.... Arsenal play possibly the best club team in the world... and lost in the 7th minute of time added on... we can't hold out for 15 mins.. This is down to the manager... the players we got are not good enough..it as simple as... MC I think will need to do something and soon or this is going to go ugly [Post edited 28 Sep 13:59]

So guess we will sacrifice Dembele or Saito .... but who do you bring on to keep it tight... perhaps Ashby and play Paal in defensive midfield .. That bench is really weak..... and this 2nd half could get ugly |
