Yalcouye is highly rated and was seen as potential for their first team this season. Instead he has warmed the bench at the foot of the Championship. I think he would be better off going elsewhere.
We are going to struggle to find anyone wanting to come in our current position.
This is exactly what happened when we were relegated. |

Defensively we are an utter shambles. But against one of the weaker sides in the division we only had 3 shots. I like the look of the squad, it looks to be better than we have had for a while but they just cannot play together currently. They look like a group of random, disinterested strangers |

I look at the teamsheet and think "that's not a bad side".
It's a Championship team full of Internationals. Vigoroux, Cabango, Burgess, Stamenic, Galbraith, Idah, Vipotnik. They are all Internationals.
Then they go out on the pitch and they can't be bothered and they play like they've never met before.
It has been the problem since pre-season. Great potential, horrendous in reality.
The captain has to change, at least 1 full backs has to change and I'd give Wales and Widdell a chance |

Your comment about their privileged position is very much justified.
The bare minimum we should expect from any player is effort.
Part of a players apprenticeship should be a part time trade, Give them something to fall back on and a taste of reality |

He needs to sort out the full backs first. At the moment we have 2 full backs who want to play in midfield.
Get a solid back line and we can have something to build on.
First signing in January needs to be a right back |

One thing you can say about the recruitment of Matos, is that someone at the club knows football very well. To have known about him in the lower levels of Portuguese football means they do their research. Takes a lot more knowledge rather than just picking a name off of the managerial merry-go-round |

He must look at our past managers such as Martinez, Rodgers and Potter and see what they went onto achieve and see that for an ambitious manager we are a great stepping stone into the really big clubs. |
