I’ve been checking on google to see what action the FA took with Leeds and Bielsa (who admitted on spying on every opponent), just to find out a presedence.
It appears they didn't do anything, so not sure why they should be looking at Eckert at all or give him any additional fine or suspension, as they as far as I’m aware, unlike the EFL, have not changed their rules on watching opponents training, and it is still acceptable in Premier League. |

There were actually less than 1,000 tickets available last night, a load more sold after that post on Saints website, hopefully they will have some extra tickets available this morning as those remaining tickets will sell out quickly this morning |

I too was on that Special Train, I joined it at Basingstoke.
Wasn’t aware of the buses to the ground, so walked to the ground with the 3 middle aged blokes from the village I travelled up with I was 17.
On the way to ground there were already signs of trouble with windows of one pub in particular smashed out, where Saints and locals had clashed well before kick off.
I managed to get a seat for the game, in the stand that burnt down several years later, so avoided all the trouble on the terraces, but had a good view of what was happening.
Possibly because I was will adults and also as we were in the seats not on terraces, we kept quiet and didn’t have any issues on walk back to the station.
Was amazing day out |

Seems I’m in the minority agreeing with your view regards Manning and Stephens, Both played their part yesterday. Seems other players are immune from critics M, the centre backs gave the ball away more than Stephens but nobody calls them out, Also thought RM got subs right yesterday, the formation getting more attacking as game progressed. But we really need to win next week to start catching those above if we are to have any chance of staying up. |

Martins approach right from the start got most fans behind him.
This was evident at the Reading friendly, when I along with 3k Saints fans attended, a before kick off he came out to applaud the Saints fans, instantly getting them on his side.
Let’s hope our fans keep with him next season, it’s going to be tough, but if we can finish 17th or above ain’t will be a success imo |

Christmas and New Year games were actually announced yesterday, before this article went online, although most of January games which should also have been announced we’re not
However you are right to raise this issue, as the TV dates are continually announced later than they should be, and also Chelsea fans have had to twice wait until 2 weeks prior to home games to have the date and quick off times confirmed,the latest being the Man U game last Saturday.
The Premier League and TV companies are showing, utter disdain for supporters who attend games, and FSA and other supporters organisations need to continue to complain about this process. |

New keeper on what I’d seen on streams of other friendlies looks assured and should start v Spurs
