That Switch track is a beauty -- have heard that on Point Blank a few times lately without knowing the name check.
I took a chance once at a gig in Camden and dropped the "sort of" original at 2.00am and the place went off. I thought I was taking it a step too far when I span a bit of Grandmaster Flash in and then took the piss with some Iron Leg. Amazing what MDMA does to peoples hearing perception!!! Memories....
This one really needs a big bassy rig and the RPM's cranked up
On the bongo theme... a collaberation I've a lot of time for is Pascal Bongo Massive. Nice offering here.

You cannot beat a bit a bongo. loving that Iron leg track Lblock. I used to listen to a bit of DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist who used to sample,mix, cut,and scratch those tunes. Can't beat the originals though.

Would have played that at my 50th if it had been posted.
FWIW my Frankie thread playlist went down well in the end. Tried it originally at 11.30 when everyone had just rocked up and it was all a bit much for the poor dears. Had to rummage about in Spotify to find some gentler disco /funk/soul to get them going.
Then did the Frankie thing again at about 2.30. Boom! :-)

I'm just back from a Psy Tranvce might at 414 ....was a top night. We're gonna be dancing to a bit of that and then have a sleep and then chill to the Frankie Thread. all afternoon and evening,
