Hadn't realised until I read in the paper earlier this week that Steve Proctor has been through the mangle last couple of years and recently got a not guilty on a pretty nasty charge.

Heard on 2nd January another voice lost to the world of soul music with the passing of Natalie Cole. I'm sure she wont be everyone on this threads cup of tea but I really liked her stuff and she in my section with Gladys, Ruby Turner, Randy Crawford etc.
R.I.P Nats, here's a few from her stable with Annie Mae being my percy favourite
