bought some for Ajax Dortmund and it was an absolute nightmare. Purchased weeks and weeks in advance with a "we guarantee you will get your tickets in time" promise. One week before the match and two days before I flew still no sign at which point they offered to change the delivery address to my hotel, but said that would void the guarantee.
Ended up rushing to the DHL depot in Kentish Town on my way to the fcking airport. |  | | |

I have used then several times for tickets in Europe.
They are very much last minute - but always deliver.
I was very concerned the first time I used them - but they tend to communicate about 3 days before the event.
Don't worry the tickets will be either sent out via courier or you will collect at the venue.

I've sold a few on there lately,and I've always made sure I send them off in good time,at least 2-3 weeks before the event,so the hold up must be from UPS or DHL.
If its QPR tickets you're getting,contact our box office and they issue the tickets to be picked up on the day of the game I think. |  | | |

I would expect them to email you to say you will pick them up from one of the collection points in South Africa Road.
