Andrews reputation was not built on that book. It was built on his physique, his past links with the BNP which he now regrets, his position as Lee Trundles minder, and other people portraying him as something he never was. And by that i mean a genuine hardman. I've known Toozey since he was a teenager, we've not been best friends, but i know him well enough to know that he is not a bully, never has been a bully despite his size, and never portrayed himself as some sort of hardman. |  |

Just a quick post to let you all know that Andrew is currently involved in taking legal action against both the judge and the prosecution. He never admitted that he hit the men with anything let alone a baseball bat. He is, as we all are, very confident that this verdict will be overturned but, unfortunately, the two convicted have already been sentenced so that they won't be getting the jail time that they so richly deserve. Also the possibility of bringing a private prosecution hasn't been ruled out. |  | | |

He should tell the judge/legal people involved with his case about the disgraceful taunting, provocation and antisocial personality traits shown by one of his attackers i.e. Mallon on SWEP's Facebook page.
If that does not sum up what he had to contend with in his taxi that night I do not know what will. And like I've said previously on this particular thread if Mallon's behaviour was like that when commenting on a Facebook page whilst NOT under the influence of whatever he had ingested/consumed/drunk that night? What would it be like when he WAS! |  |

Judge Paul Thomas QC, should make a public apology for his comments, and also the prosecution for their handling of the case. How a man earning his living can end up in a state like that can be described as "having an overdose of his own medicine", simply beggars belief. [Post edited 18 Jan 2017 20:28]
