Similar experience seeing Hamilton a couple of years ago.
There’s a masochistic pleasure for me finding a venue that’s more excruciatingly painful than a seat at LR. Really looking forward to Luton away in April.
The Duke of York's theatre is just as bad. (opened 1892) It's a good job 'Ghost stories' was short as I'd have left everyone and met them in the pub afterwards. I was in agony.

The London palladium must’ve been built when our ancestors were dwarfs. I went to see Jerry Lee Lewis there a few years ago and the seats were so cramped it was unbelievable.Give me loftus road anyway.

I went to that gig. Not only were the seats cramped, they weren’t screwed in properly. There was a whole lot of shaking going on.
