Great player and very honest. It's a shame that he had his injury problems and that it was only four years. One of those 'what ifs'. If we had signed him as a 15 year old. The club should approach the league about a medal for him as these days all the squad get one.

Clive as for video of that goal, I think the club were videoing all games from before that. Also, the BBC News on A Saturday evening often showed footage from our games. There just might be a grainy video cassette in one of their vaults.

I was actually at the game and can just about remember it. £400,000, first instalment finally paid.
