Seems I might be the only person who thinks this but I thought Chair worked hard all night, tried to make things happen and was our most likely player to produce a goal.
I also didn’t think Dykes played particularly badly but maybe I’ve not seen any replays or highlights of any kind so maybe he looked worse on the telly? |
On Chair you are 100% right, bloke works so hard and is so brave and never hides, it's just that quick early final pass that is so often missing and is so frustrating as if he could add that to his game he really is in the £5m to £10m price range. Barbet for me tackling, intercepting, covering all evening, plus he let Chair blow the the FK. Field close for the same, and Hendrick who I don't remember misplacing a pass all evening, and got some decent balls out to Chair and Albert. It was the poor performances forward of the WB's and the front 3 that lost us the match. | | | |
