All you have to do is look for the most recent version that hasn't been locked yet. Having said that, their website does not list us as a potential match. I like Private Internet Access (PIA) the most. They adopted Wireguard rather quickly, and unlike many other VPN service providers, they were sued and unable to produce any records because they don't store any. Any https://shiftproxy.io that hasn't gone through this kind of trial by fire is not one that I will use. Even though they aren't ideal, I'm still pleased with them and their speeds overall.
