Birmingham Match Thread 12:20 - Mar 17 with 37522 viewsSuperhoop83

I'm so desperate for things to turn around I've decided to start a match thread for the first time ever.

Somehow I predicted the Watford result, although Buzsaky didn't get the goal, so here's hoping for another one.

QPR 2 Birmingham 1

Suffering since 1978.

Nothing to lose from getting Armstrong and Johansen on for the second half. Armstrong would add something different with his pace and Johansen for his experience.

Kakay for me has gone from our weakest link to the best player we have this season.

Clutching at straws but a point today would be something to take into the International Break before the (mythical?) cavalry come back.

But after this first half showing we're going to need a huge stroke of luck ... or somebody is going to have to step the fcuk up ... to get it.

Only way we're scoring is with an own goal

Agree. Kakay, although it was his misplaced pass on the jalf way line which led to their goal, is one the few that gives 100% and is playing ok

Wild horses couldn't drag me away...

Half time stats says it all. We've had 15 crosses of which one was successful. Adomah has been terrible.

... and of course he is injured now.

Just kinda feel numb. It all just feels inevitable.

How has it come to this?

Can we go out yet?

How bad is this game? How bad are this QPR team? Can they get much worse? How much longer can I stand watching them.

Said it before, this is the worst QPR team since we left the old Third Division South. We are only one behind...so the next half could define the outcome of our season.

Like Clive said in his pre-match, I can't wait to see what Gaz really thinks of this gutless squad once he's allowed to try and clear as many of them out as possible in the summer

And another thing.....we've scored in all of GA's 4 matches.
All we need is one!!

I'll enjoy watching these bums trying to get a better gig. L2 for most of them.

I wouldn't say it's the worst team ability-wise, but in terms of having absolutely no bollox, attitude or fight, I'd absolutely agree

1-0 down with 40 minutes to go isn't to high a mountain to climb.

But does anyone see us doing it? Nah. Right now we just don't look in the running.

We have the talent, but right now we don't have the heart.

Fckin dreadful

Ability is a part of it though - results speak for themselves.

Ruddy prob thought he was doing catching practise.

We quite clearly do not have the talent - or we wouldn't be this bad.

Oh fk off Dickie. My son is 2 years old now, I'll make him available to Gaz for selection ahead of that utter ghost of a centre back

If we don't go down it'll be because, remarkably, there must be three teams worse than we are (or dodgier with their paperwork.)
