It all starts in a weeks time , really looking forward to seeing how works with Nourry to build a squad .
I have been excited about the start of a season so much for a few years .
I think the rollercoaster might be approaching a good bit .

"Probably would’ve given up football and become a nun."

If only there was someone who could do a funny mash up pic of this...

He’s not going to say anything other than how focused he is on QPR, but it worries me that his face is out there, that he’s done a puff piece highlighting his achievements and approach right about the time teams are looking for a manager.

We have to keep him for 1 or 2 more years, please god.

I don't think I've fancied someone this much since Molly Ringwald.

Takes all sorts, Bri. Not judging.

I really liked the interview - his approach to the club, Sky-based muppetry, the fans et al has been top notch. Beale, he ain't.

I've been saying for ages (to anyone who'll listen) that the most obvious difference between Marti and other managers we've had, is when we lose the ball:
OTHERS: 'We've lost the ball! Quick, run back into position!'
MARTI: 'We've lost the ball! Quick, run forward and nick it back!'

There's probably a really technical-sounding term for it but whatever it's called, I really enjoy watching it!

Marti has definitely put smiles on a lot of faces around here. Long may it continue!

In the article Cifuentes calls it "zero-second reaction".

I get that too. Try to tell her it's a compliment....
