Tommy Tuchel's blue and white army???? 19:47 - Mar 21 with 1354 views | 100percent | What's our thoughts on TT's start in managing our English side? Besides the fact he's an ex scum manager, personally I find him a pretty unpleasant and odious character. But do we forgive these facts if he gets this clearly talented team firing on all cylinders? Are his past misdemeanours forgiven if he gets a song out of this team? Eddie Howe lifting the league Cup last week has only reiterated my belief that he should have got the job - but maybe he's the next manager in waiting... What do we think??

Would love to see more attractive and forward thinking football with great skill and pace. We have the players that could achieve that, but doubtful as ever with England. Sure, I won't see 59 years of hurt ever being resolved in my lifetime.

Tommy Tuchel's blue and white army???? on 22:13 - Mar 21 with 1170 views | danehoop | it was disappointing. Without Bellingham we are screwed. Foden isnt quite good enough under any England Manager in any position he has been tried in, but still gets a start ahead of everyone else. Dan Burn, good in parts but exposed for pace. Kane scores goals. Again without him we are also screwed. Walkers speed is still impressive. Rashford good in parts and joined up attack well, his pace again really helps. Bowen and Gordon didnt really improve things when they game on, but at least the former was trying hard to get engaged. Gordon looks to have been unlucky with injury but again not sure he was the answer for this game, reckon Eze was more likely to unlock things. May get his chance next match by the look of it. For all of the talent and initial intensity/pressure we did seem to slow down too much in second half.

Hear me out... Walker is the best right back England has ever had and the second best full back after Ashley Cole.

Tommy Tuchel's blue and white army???? on 07:54 - Mar 22 with 785 views | PlanetHonneywood | Saka being out is a loss. Still think getting Palmer and Watkins bedded into the set-up would be interesting, and I'd like to see Konsa and Guehi paired in the middle of defence. There is a lot of young talent around, but whether it can go on to develop at the international stage will be the challenge for TT. No games against really top teams on the horizon for England. It will be hard to assess where we really are between now and the next WC (should we qualify).

"Should we qualify" - you say. Latvia, Serbia, Albania and Andorra. Automatic qualification as group winners. Second place into a play off. And even possibility third place could qualify as one of four Nations League positions of those left, also into a playoff. I think i could be in charge, or indeed any poster on here, with the quality of England players available and get us qualification !!! [Post edited 22 Mar 9:28]

I do worry about when Kane retires. We don't have anyone nearly as prolific as that. His control for the goal yesterday was fantastic. He can ping great balls from midfield. | | | | Login to get fewer ads

Tommy Tuchel's blue and white army???? on 11:24 - Mar 22 with 512 views | E15Hoop | I'm liking Tuchel's honesty and directness. He basically agreed with all the negative points that everyone's raised here, and will absolutely be trying to work out how he can get us playing with more desire, intensity and belief which is exactly what we've all been crying out for. I personally hope the FA extend his contract, as it certainly makes a refreshing change from mnagers who come up with excuses or offer mealy-mouthed diplomatic answers when its pretty obvious things need sorting out.

That as it may be, but one should neither assume nor take it for granted and thus, risk accusations of arrogance or worse, getting turned over be the international equivalent of Vauxhall Motors! [Post edited 22 Mar 12:29]

Really? I’d suggest Gary Neville and Stuart Pearce never mind the full backs from 66! I’d even go as far as to say our very own David Bardsley and Clive Wilson but were overlooked as they didn’t play for a “top” team!
Tommy Tuchel's blue and white army???? on 17:20 - Mar 22 with 201 views | Clive_Anderson | Routine win and we'll probably qualify with ease, but not much to get excited about. About as good as we can expect I'd say. I really don't think the English players are as good as everyone seems to think though. Bellingham and Kane are very good, but apart from that pretty average all over the pitch.
