Morning fellow night owls. As I always say about insomnia: it's like a wake, but without booze!
Currently in Porto for a few days. Different bed, noises etc., so no chance of a good night's kip. Fly home later, so next few days will see similar issues.

I find the Endel app helps, or a podcast about something monotonous.
Both are good.
What also works for me is an old audiobook. I drift off fairly quickly either when I go to bed or - as happens more as I get older - when I wake in the middle of the night. Has to be an old audiobook, though - new ones keep me awake and awaiting what happens next.
