It's not the 'fúcking Chelsea' that's incorrect, it's the fact that "he hates fúcking Chelsea" makes it sound as though he's forced into extramarital shenanigans with Bill Clinton's daughter and he doesn't enjoy it.
Whereas "he fúcking hates Chelsea" shows that he's an upstanding human being who looks down at Stamford Bridge with disdain. |  |
