The sponsorship the club had fell apart, we will cover that in the week. The new one is close but it won’t be groundbreaking. Martin Morgan still has two years to go on his stadium deal, the fan park looks to have slowed down ‘a lot’ but getting sponsors in for that and vendors will be interesting.

Wrexham drew away to a top Polish side the other week then last week they beat Man Utd (away I believe), Man U put out a strong team but Wrexham were too good for them on the balance of play as well as the result I read and now they have just beaten Leeds Utd (think it was out in the States), its mad that teams that lose their pre season games often do well and teams that do well in pre season often do badly, but all the same Wrexham seem to be flying. |  |

Martin is a proper Swansea fan but the deal he signed with the club is binding. I’m sure now the stadium has been purchased there is a reason behind it. An offer for him to stand down would surely be discussed because nobody shells out millions to buy real estate with no motivation to make money from it. (New sponsors) | |

The Wrexham documentary is now shown in 150 countries worldwide. That's a huge amount of advertising. That figure of £10million seems cheap to me. The wider question is for how much longer can the series carry on? Unless Wrexham get promoted, it's the same thing every year. Once viewers start losing interest, what happens then? This season will be tough, with West Ham, Wolves and Burnley in the mix. Remember Burnley have just had £35 million from Everton in compensation, so maybe they need to put Everton on the front of their shirts! Wrexham may have to wait another 12 months. | | | |
