Can you imagine being all the other top strikers in England these days ( at least 4 or 5 come to mind )knowing Harry is going to lead this team out and play almost every game baring injury its pretty demoralising I suspect.
Games like this window and friendlies should be their chance but HK is the choice by Touchel regardless of the oposition .

The problem is that there is no other English striker who is remotely in the same class as Kane. Given Gordon’s eye for goal we may well be better off using him as the striker when Kane finally has to call it a day. | | | |

I mean you assume Watkins went to Saudi for the money, but maybe part of him thinks it doesn't matter if he plays in the Prem or not as he'll barely get a look in starting for England anyway. And he's already 30 (as is Toney). Calvert-Lewin is 29.
