I broadly agree with the general sentiment of this thread - whatever criticisms you can make of Nourry our recruitment’s definitely improved - but “no Celar type disasters” is wrong. Nourry was appointed Jan 2024, Celar signed July 2024. [Post edited 25 Oct 16:12]

Yup I should have said “ no more Celar type disasters”. Which sort of illustrates that he’s probably got things right this year & maybe it’s gonna be rosy, maybe even milk & honey ( ok I’ll settle for just the honey...）.
