Queens Park Rangers sent a scout to the game between Legia Warsaw and Pogon at the weekend according to reports in Poland. Legia Warsaw have been attracting scouts from across Europe this season with clubs from Germany, Austria and Russia travelling to Poland.

Meczyki have confirmed QPR were at the game on Sunday to see Legia Warsaw maintain their lead at the top of the Polish league with a 3-0 victory. It’s been claimed the West London side were at the game to watch Legia Warsaw attacker Michal Kucharczyk, and the 25-year-old played the whole 90 minutes during his side’s victory. The Championship club are already looking to next season after a disappointing campaign, and they see the Pole as an option open to them.

Kucharczyk has been with Legia Warsaw since 2009, scoring 28 league goals in 146 league games. The player has represented the Poland national team during his time with Legia Warsaw, and has played for his country at all age levels.
