Rumoured to be going to Wolves on loan, who are spending worse than we did. Doubt we could afford his wages but just what we need up top for the season ahead.

Good player. Injury hit here but great strike rate. Surprised he would drop to the Championship. Plenty of level 1 teams around Europe would sign him.

Never knowingly right.

Much better to chill on the bench at Chelsea.

How much did we spend in the first 'Moneybags QPR' season?

Only three teams can go up. A lot of eggs are being put in not many baskets.

Saying that, why would you have an individual basket for each egg?

But are they the right sort of egg?

Think he scored a couple too, once as a sub, if memory serves me well.

He was never going to get regular football in that squad, as good as he is.

Young players don't play football so I don't see why older players should have to.

Of all the myriad dross we had parading about in our kit in that period, at least Remy performed on the pitch. Thought he was excellent for us really, and who knows in another Stephane Mbia-less universe that Wigan goal might have kept us up.

Done about as much as Adel since, mind you.

Ah yes, but in a Stephane Mbia-less universe, Remy would never have scored THAT goal against Wigan!

Should have been brilliant but chased the money, first to us over Newcastle, then to Chelscum. No surprise he's linked with Brum as 'Arry saw the wedge they were willing to spend if they stayed in this league and duly got involved. They will offer massive, crippling wages to a number a only well known players and then he will fck off so not fussed with him being paid a lot to keep the physio busy.

I think he was injured for most of that spell to be fair

Maybe the season before at Chelscum, he came off the bench late and unexpectedly and scored I think the winner. Lost track of him after that.
Surprised if he was fit and couldn't get a game at Palace.
