Ned going to the USA 17:10 - Aug 22 with 1407 viewsbosh67

According to real/fake news. Can't understand why lower Prem teams haven't snapped him up. Boy are we missing him on and off the pitch.

Never knowingly right.

If that's true then so much for "I want to be close to home".

If he was good enough for the Prem or even upper Championship then he would
have got snapped up. Of our 'great' players who left this year two are subs and one
is unattached.

He's flat-sharing with Clarke Carlisle in Watford

IF there's any truth in this then that's a real shame but probably blows out of the water the theory that he's fallen out of love with the game and doesn't need the money, going to the USA invariably is all about money.

It's being so happy that keeps me going.

Shame I think his relationship with the fans was based on his contract not him as a man.

Difficult not to love the guy, but he earned a small fortune while being a solid but not spectacular CB.

No doubt I would have him back currently, but only on sensible terms.

If he goes to USA then canel the above and replace with he's lying siht

Yes he earnt a massive wedge whilst with us, but is that his fault? Always gave his best, never shirked responsibility right to the end of his contract. Unlike a number of other players who were over-paid wasters who had no intention of trying hard and were just content to see out their contracts on the bench/in the reserves/nowhere near the club, or having their contracts paid out. That could never be levelled at Ned.

At the end of the day, like anyone else, he’ll do what he thinks is best for him, now he’s come to the end of his contract. If it’s the USofA and Tango Mk II let’s him in, so what?

I’d have him back in a heartbeat, but would he want less money, more abuse and more stress?
