I live nearby and if we’re still in this situation by then I guarantee there will be loads of people heading down there for an unofficial “Carnival”. Even in the last week there’s been plenty of people in my manor hanging out in playgrounds smoking weed and playing music. The BBC reported that in the early hours of last Sunday morning police were called to a street party in Harlesden with approx 100 in attendance, not distancing of course and even a DJ booth.
