Retired at 30 but lets face it, he's virtually been retired since his mid twenties.

Funnily enough I saw him with his family the other week on Father's Day, in Cote in St Albans (as you do).

I was looking for a thread I remembered from a while ago where we were all saying that his injuries record was appalling and that Wenger would lose patience with him soon if he doesn't get fit. Someone said it was all because he was bow legged lol. It wasn't this thread admittedly. | | | |

He was some player when he first started, remember seeing him play that incredible Barcelona midfield of Xavi, Iniesta and Busquets and he held his own against them, looked a special player but then very unlucky with injuries |  | | |
