If the R is going to be biased, optically challenged or useless then having the technology is not going to help.

I am glad that they won't be using the offside tech. I prefer the MLS use of this, where it has to be a clear and obvious incorrect flag decision and the don't use these stupid lines for being an inch or two offside.
