My qualifications
Was MotM in five a side league in local area on four consecutive occasions for organisation I was employed by. Was 25 years ago.
Was school captain of primary school team.
Scored winner for school team in Cup quarter final after we been pegged back to 3 - 3 after been three up.
Scored a hatrick to come back from 2 down against a girls team at University and that day learnt how to deal with serious verbal abuse from most of the onlooking throngs.
Used to take my nephew to his Sunday games and so understand the game at a grassroots level !!!!
But my biggest qualification, probably seen around 800 games involving Queens Park Rangers and have seen hundreds of ways how not to manage the team !!!

I took Crawley to the Premier League on Champ Manager through a combination of player development shrewd recruitment and quitting the game if it looked like I was losing and logging in at the last save point so I could have another bash at it. It was several years ago.
I still have my 'Sinclar 11' shirt (View From, home) from 95. Snug fit. I remember it being bigger.
