I was perusing the local online marketplace here in Brazil on the off chance of finding some cheap QPR merch, and discovered there is a product called QPR Blend - good for kidney health apparently.. QPR is short for Quebra Pedra - meaning Stone Breaker, (as in Kidney stones)
Seems to be derived from Phyllanthus niruri (Gale of the wind) plant, common in tropical regions.
