If its true then he seems to be a right sick note and won't get snapped up so easy in the summer for the deal he probably wants.

I'm sure the plan pre- Brighton was for him to play 70 mins / 80 max but the other subs and state of the game meant he had to play the full 90 ( or 101 as it turned out ) . Delicate flowers these footballers. Think back to when Villa won the league all those years ago and only used 14 players in the whole season. Granted it's higher tempo now , but they also don't play on swamps or beaches as was the case in 70s & 80s.

Was actually wondering if he as expected running down his contract so that he can leave on a free and a nice bug fat signing on fee

will he be giving 100% come march april may and run the risk of a bad injury

not many clubs would pay him well and sign him if he broke a leg or worse done a knee in

Qpr apart

Is this the way its going to be until the end of season!!

Ungrates!!

The man has done so much for the club ( besides 90% of our goals)

If Charlie goes then he's worthy of a good payday IMO.

They also get "injured" when the transfer window is 12 days away and their Club is looking to cash in on them so doesn't want to risk any deal falling through.

If that was the case then Fer, Phillips and Green would be injured as well.

Anyone mind if Green is injured? Anyone? Anyone? Alright Bluce, put your cock away, I saw you back there. Anyone else ? No?

Right. Call Bermondsey Dave - tell him Jimmy the Greek says 'It's on'.

'What do we want? We don't know! When do we want it? Now!'

"Their keeper Rob Green was man-of-the-match because he affected it more than another player. How he stopped Jonathan Kodjia scoring a couple of goals only he will know.

Fair play to Green. He's had a lot of criticism on here ,from me as well ,so it's good to see him give a good performance.
He is a good keeper despite some wobbly performances recently.

Eeeeewwwwww!

I think Green is a very good stopper 90-95% of the time. The trouble is that the other 5-10% can be pretty bad and have him cost us a goal. That makes that ratio a serious problem.

I'd be trying to work Smithies in for a spell.
