Football can't complain about a packed schedule then make people fit in internationals. Should have been scrapped this season.

Sexy Asian dwarves wanted.

Hopefully Joe Gubbins will be playing for Oxford City tonight against Northampton (FA cup) not quite international level.

My Father had a profound influence on me, he was a lunatic.

They should have just played the Euro playoffs and scrapped the nations League this year, absolutely bonkers to be flying all over Europe and playing these games

Totally agree and then to cram three fixtures in as well, when in a normal season there are two and the players return to their clubs after the second.

Normally I would be delighted if our players are recognised, apart from those that have to play in other continents. I am still pleased for Masterson and McNulty, as fatigue wise, it doesn't have too much of an effect currently and they will probably benefit from the experience.

However, Hamalainen with possibly three extra matches having just broken into our first eleven and secured a new contract, both of our strikers with Bonn as well as Kakay travelling to Africa, these just fill me with dread.

As well as the fatigue factor there is also the covid situation. How is international football allowed to bypass lockdown and restrictions on international travel and mixing in groups as well as self isolating rules. Then to compound the 'transgression' the players coming back and repeating the process with their clubs?

I'd go further and say these should be scrapped as well. Champions league etc shouldn't be happening either but at least they supposed to stay in their 'bubbles'.

If they can scrap an Olympic Games completely, then what is so important about annual or biannual football tournaments?

I think quite a few of these matches are likely to fall foul of quarantines and travel restrictions. Things have moved on quite a bit since the last round of international matches were played. As I mentioned on another thread, travel is currently quite difficult, particularly intercontinental travel and is likely involve transiting countries with quite different quarantine restrictions. Not sure how many will want to travel when there is a strong likelihood they will be required to self isolate on return for a couple of weeks.

Never knowingly understood

It might explain why they’ve been giving more minutes to Kane the last few games. If Kakay does need to quarantine. Kanes been decent to be fair.

Edit for pss poor spelling
