I was really surprised as I had seen him in his training gear, carrying his boot bag as I was sat in my car just off Sawley Road around 17:15 and didn't think too much of it other than he mustn't qualify for a car park space in the school. He definitely didn't look injured in the least. Once in the ground I saw that only Marshall & Murphy Mahoney were doing the GK drills and wondered what had happened with Joe. |  |
