The Premier League began investigating Man City in 2018. But that investigation is not finished yet. Hoping it all might just go away? Disgraceful

the Premier Leagues "fit and proper owner test" isnt fit for purpose.

another "huge" club with sickeningly rich owners, doing as they please , breaching "rules" time and time again and nothing comes of it.
embargoes don't work, fines, bah, they can afford it, points, well unless you take off 50 or os their squad will keep them up so what to do?
well, relegate a "huge " team, enforce a "budget" for 2 seasons say to average the spend of league they are in....not signings/sales and fine them an unthinkable amount. and make the club, not owners pay it..
what came of chelsea and blood doping? where funds came from etc etc
sod em and the prem league, fa and efl.
