Just playing devils advocate slightly but could that be a product of his environment? In the respects that he cannot attract the players to change the style? Im not saying that is the case i'm just intrigued.

I totally dislike the Dyche style, but who do Burnley think they can appoint at this time to make a difference? Especially with the type of player they have at the club.

I would imagine that the American owners have decided that a change is the only way to challenge for promotion next season.
