Yes the form is terrible and confidence throughout the team is at an all time low but it's the sicknotes that ARE the major issue and NOT the boys that are putting themselves out there to be slain !!!

Agree though, Laird is a disgrace. Balogun a c-nut. Tyler Roberts is a failure as a human being (recruitment team should have known the type he is).

Need to be looking at out of contract alternatives in the summer. Not going to be pretty. One I think who GA may well go in for is Fred Onyedinma @Luton. Not the greatest but will give 100% effort, has worked with GA to good effect and is a good age. His contract expires in June. He needs this type of cheap (ish) hungry type not the prima donna type who think they are owed a living. Another could be Uche Ikpeazu, think currently playing in Turkey. Another with a point to prove. Need to rid of the toxic type and get high intensity workaholics who are proud to play the game and for the club. I believe GA will be able to get this type of player and in that he will unearth the odd gem. My fear is that he won’t be given the amount of time a project like this needs. Time for LF to go and save the club a huge amount on wages. You could get 2 decent players for his salary. Really want to see GA turn this around I just hope he’s given enough of a say in recruiting during the next few months. | | | |
