Love to know who was in the group he called "the quick ones."

Is two people enough to be a group?

Balogun is still bang in the middle of it all, not looking particularly injured. He's staying isn't he?

It doesn't look particularly inspiring but I suppose there's no point in starting the programme in earnest if 5 players have not started back outside yet.

Hopefully it will be hilly in Austria because they are going to have to be super fit to keep up with Valerien Isamel's Watford on August 5

So this is the times in the training routines that must be the most full on, otherwise why show it.

They look like they having a kick about in the park with their mates.

When I was in my mid twenties, admittedly not a football traing routine but I attended ski fitness training, which was full on shuttle runs, muscle power and definition aerobically.

It was full on to the extreme.

That's what I would show for PR reasons with players busting a gut literally but it seems these days, tougher training is too heavily linked with possible new injuries in training but they been happening consistently regardless.

Pre season was always hated by pros in the past ie run ragged to the extreme. Less injuries also

Wonder what data science could make of that !!!
