I'd personally like to see Stephan next season as well - he has had some difficult moments and some head-scratching decisions but on the whole I think he's alright.

Don’t know why his name's ever mentioned. Neither of his managerial appointments have lasted more than 8 months and they were over a decade ago. The last gig he had was Director of football at Swindon in 2016-17 which lasted - you guessed it - less than 8 months before he was sacked following relegation.
