Agree with that Numpty. Marti's decisions certainly seem to be ones that are paying off, equally his in game management of players and the substitutions seem to work more often than they fail. We are very lucky to have him and shows that club originally knew what they wanted first time around. To be fair at the time they couldnt afford the compensation to release him. Just imagining what the season would have been like with him at the helm at the start. |

gulp, going to agree fully with Gazza. The difference a quality experienced coach is making to the players is very clear. They are all improving, they work for each other, play to the roles they are assigned (and seem to understand fully what each entails) and they are totally motivated, irrespective of age/seniority or pay wage. Importantly everyone has been given time and support to show what they can do and whether they can adapt or are willing/able to do what is required. Youth has been brought in to work with the first team, players have been brought in for games where a skill set is needed (or taken out of the firing line and worked with when it hasn't worked out - Jimmy D). |

agree Brian. But at the same time there was also complaints from some that the club weren't engaging enough. Think this is at least an attempt to find some middle ground. |

Used to meet with the Danish Rs in Copenhagen to watch games in whatever pub we could find showing our games in the early 2000's when I was living there. I can confirm that they were a great bunch of lads and very knowledgeable group of supporters. |

I used to post on Stoke's site a few years ago when we used the old Rivals site. I went under cover as a notional Stoke fan only to tell everyone how shit Stoke was and generally stir up the locals. Was quite fun. Took a few months to build up my cred before inciting rebellion. |

Very much agree with this. Building himself a very good reputation as a manager. Did a good job at Bournemouth and treated very badly. Now doing a really good job with Wolves who seem to have really progressed under him this season. Really do hope he continues to do well. |

Away from main subject I know, but I have been hoping to see a bit more of Pedder for us. I think he has potential. |

You realise that the Scum only picked this story by monitoring message boards and their story is also largely a google translate of the original article from Belgium? It reads so poorly. No attempt to verify the story at all, just selective cut paste and sensationalise. Reality is that we know very little about facts of any case, but seems odd that French police appear to have found insufficient evidence to proceed with any criminal case and the incident, whatever it was, seems to have taken place there rather than Belgium. Difficult to see how to demonstrate beyond all reasonable doubt what happened given time lapsed and unless their is video evidence its likely to be a lot of conflicting witness statements at best. All complete supposition on my part. |

Its odd really isn't it? It's like someone has been coaching the team or something daft. |
