Those people that just casually walk through the barriers at the tube exits since they don't want to pay the fare. This is compounded by the staff who just let them get away with it. At one station the other day, no fewer than four staff stood around chatting whilst a group of fare dodgers went through - when I pointed this out to the staff they just shrugged as if to say 'beyond my pay grade, mate.' |  | | |
