Not sure it's motivation, it's approach, tactics, unbalanced squad, no pace up front, We are one of the easiest teams to play. We are one of the only teams in the division to stand off and allow teams the freedom of 60% of the pitch. We look like we are going to concede at set pieces all the time matter who the personnel. That can only be two things. Rank poor coaching or a keeper that is not organising his defence right and I think it's a bit of both.
