I quite like some of the investigative programmes Stacey Dooley does. However I can't wait for the next series of people just do nothing.

Loved The Beast in Me And I will be glued to The Traitors tonight... Who is the secret traitor

| Half decent tv on 22:19 - Jan 14 with 1398 views | R_from_afar | Now for something completely different: If you're interested in climbing or extreme sport, Alex Honnold, the first person to free solo a full route on El Capitan in Yosemite National Park, will be free climbing a 1600 foot high skyscraper live on Netflix, on January 23. In Alex' own words: "I’ll be free soloing Taipei 101 in Taiwan. It’s been a long time goal of mine and it’ll be the most ambitious urban climb that I’ve attempted. It’s a nearly 1,700 ft tower! What’s not to like?! And I’ll be doing it LIVE on Netflix. Tune in Friday, January 23 at 8PM ET / 5PM PT". | |

The French really do things well as the production is up to Cinema standards. The love interest is very tasty. | | | | Login to get fewer ads
| Half decent tv on 11:33 - Jan 15 with 1083 views | Orthodox_Hoop | Have seen the first episode of A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms which goes out on Sky Atlantic next Monday. Set in the Game of Thrones universe, about 100 years before the events of that show - as you'd expect from HBO it's very good and if you like that genre you'll be happy. It's focused primarily on the POV of the small folk rather than high-ranking nobles, although they're about too. Doesn't jump around looks like it'll be set in one place only. Writing, acting and authenticity is spot on. Promising. | | | |
| Half decent tv on 10:30 - Jan 16 with 884 views | Lblock | The Assassin on Prime starring Keeley Hawkes -- I wouldn't bother. Just finished watching all six episodes and it's one of those huge body count things trying to be all action and fairly drek. Keeley still quite pleasing though. Just before that I binge watched Waiting For the Out on iPlayer. Now that weren't too bad with some strong acting performances from people you'll know and people you wont. Now I'm going to dive into Series 2 of Landman......... | |

I thought The Assassin was alright, but I am partial to Keeley Hawes - But by the sounds of it, like you I wouldn't go looking for Season 2 if it came about

No idea, it's swords, crossbows, bits of armour and religious persecution. Waiting to hear if there's a second series. Anyone watched Pennyworth on Prime? Supposedly Batman's butler set before the cape was born in a dystopian London when Alfred, played by Jack Bannon first meets Thomas Wayne. Brilliant London post war scenes and Paloma Faith steals it.
| Half decent tv on 13:31 - Jan 20 with 95 views | johnhoop | The thing recently that I’ve enjoyed watching most was a series from Thailand called “The Believers” on Netflix. It’s about three young Thais who end up in massive debt after their online gaming business is hacked and destroyed. Their efforts to pay off their debt by taking over a Buddhist temple and turning it into a money spinner, along with the dubious and dangerous characters they encounter in the process make for compulsive viewing. | | | |
