you see i was going down this path earlier.
Look at their back catalogue of managers since 2014 and start hiring from the ones who are still available and then fire them every six months and rotate through the lot.

Joking aside, is their current success more down to luck than judgement, and even though they have mental owners who want instant success they are proving that if you just keep changing eventually one or two will do the job you need them to?
