Nuts. I'm like a truffle pig, I just know when there are any in the house and I tear the place down until I find them. Salty first, then smoky, honey-roast; dry roasted a distant fourth. |
Definitely salty nuts. Almonds, cashews or pistachios.

Something I wasn’t aware of until moving to Bristol, was people in pubs having a pickled egg in a bag of salt and vinegar crisps. The locals swear by it. Never seen that in London. |
